Call for Papers
International and multidisciplinary symposium :
"Food and Culinary Tourism in Oceania”
This international scientific event will take place in TAHITI from November 25 au 28, 2025.
It is co-organized by the Pacific Hotel and Catering Trades and Qualifications Campus (CMQP) as well as by the University of French Polynesia (UPF), through the Center for Tourism Studies in Oceania-Pacific (CETOP), the Center for the Study of Health in Insular Environments (CESMI), and its Governance and Island Development (GDI) research center.
Participants are encouraged to attend the symposium in Tahiti, but can also take part by videoconference.
